A Sliver of Land, Full of Adventure

Tucked between Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley, Land Between the Lakes (or LBL, as the locals say) is a 170,000-acre playground straddling the Tennessee-Kentucky border—and it’s one of our favorite places to roam.

Whether you’re pulling in with a camper, pitching a tent under the stars, or just passing through, LBL offers something for just about every kind of outdoor enthusiast. There’s no shortage of ways to get outside.
